37th Annual Businet Conference Istanbul, Türkiye 13th - 16th November 2024 - Conference Registration Form

This form can be used for individual delegates or for multiple delegates. If being used for multiple delegates they must arrive and depart on the same day and choose the same type of attendance (see the 'Conference Selection' section below). If any element is different you must use separate registration forms.

Accompanying Person

Accompanying persons are defined as those who will join a spouse/partner or associate to attend social activities (such as evening meals, at a set price) – they will not be delegates at the conference, and will not attend the conference business sessions.

Terms & Conditions

The organisations involved in providing services at this event are Businet and the Hilton Hotel Istanbul Bakirkoy. The hotel has its own policy on cancellation. Please be aware of the regulations as submission of this form indicates understanding and acceptance of the cancellation policy of Businet. If the reservations are cancelled then the following charges will apply.

The hotel will provide their terms and conditions with your confirmation.

Conference Cancellation Policy - Businet

The Conference cancellation policy is,
- Up to 2 Months prior to the commencement of the conference, then an administration fee of 80 Euro will be charged.
- From 2 Months to 1 Week then a cancellation of 150 Euro will be charged.
- Within 1 Week of the conference then full cancellation charges (100%) will apply.
